Very basic hotel. Room had a musky smell to it when we arrived. Over all the room was fine for what we paid.

A family member paid and check us into both rooms that we had reserved. I arrived a little while later in the night, when we got the key and finally get to the room it smelled like a month old used puppy pad, that or death. Room 112, Not exaggerating. The whole first floor smell like it, I believe room 112 was the culprit. When we went to the manager about the smell, instead of being helpful and trying to figure it out. He did nothing but belittle us, and then finally offered, “ to spray it.” So finally after a half an hour of being belittled he reluctantly gave us another room. The room smelled better but was not in good shape, at least it had a new tv. We had zero towels and the brand new tv was not set up yet. I didn’t want to fight with the front desk so I left it. The next day after I took the kids swimming the pool also had zero towels. The pool was also filled with empty keystone, not completely empty as most were full of chew spit as one had spilled out. So, I go to the font desk to ask for towels, which is a simple request, I was belittled again. He made the comment 4 times that, “my wife had already called and asked for towels,” she said she never called the front desk. He then again reluctantly gave us 2 towels. The only 2 towels we got for our whole stay. I also asked about the tv and he said he could do nothing until the night crew came in at 6. If this place if the only option available, I would suggest staying at a homeless shelter.

Room was filthy. Dried white presence on tables vent filthy hair in beds gum on floor. Couldn’t even let my kids into room. Went to talk to staff was told that he personally cleaned it. Tried to get a refund but full of excuses from both the mustang motel and hotels.com. Save your time and money. Would have been cleaner to sleep in parking lot.

Loved the more Spacious layout with one double bed in room with 2 comfortable chairs. In lieu of breakfast at the hotel, a discount was offered for nearby Perkins. Our room was very quiet.
